今日のパーソナルレッスンは
井野めぐみさんが
ご参加くださいました。

インストラクターでもある
井野さんの動きは
とてもスムーズですが。。。

頚部に緊張があり
若干あごが引けていました。

頚部に徒手療法のサポートを加えて
背骨の動きを
誘導するムーブメント（動き）を
中心に行いました。

顔が引き上がり
まっすぐ前を向く姿勢になりましたね！！

下半身からお腹・腰で支え
上半身をリラックスするだけで
キレイな姿勢になります。
